Without the process of cooking, your food will be rich in vitamins and minerals. The researchers also proved that the cooking process can eliminate vitamin B and C in food.
The foods that you can eat, if you want to undergo this diet, are fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. You will also be friendlier to the blender and began feuding with grill and frying.
Things you need to consider on this diet are to maintain the intake of protein, iron, calcium, and other minerals, because they are on this diet is avoiding animal foods. You also need to pay attention to the cleanliness of your food because the cooking process at a specific temperature can actually kill the bacteria.
